It was recently announced that Peru and China on Friday, September 7, will be executing a memorandum of understanding in order to commence formal discussions for mutual free trade agreement. The memorandum is expected to be executed during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation group’s meeting currently underway in Sydney, Australia.
