The article, which was released on Sep. 6, 2007, discusses the fact when Chinese companies enter into the international business arena, commercial disputes are usually inevitable, no matter which industry the company is from. In light of that, being fully prepared for handling and resolving these disputes is of critical importance to Chinese companies.
