DRRT Litigation Managing Partner Michael Diaz, Jr. was interviewed by the China Business Times during his recent trip to Shanghai, China concerning his participation in the Second Annual Conference on Dispute Avoidance and Resolution. The article, which was released on Sep. 6, 2007, discusses the fact when Chinese companies enter into the international business arena, commercial disputes are usually inevitable, no matter which industry the company is from. In light of that, being fully prepared for handling and resolving these disputes is of critical importance to Chinese companies. Having attorneys familiar with international dispute resolution and involving them early in the process can often have a significant impact upon the avoidance of, or favorable resolution of, these international disputes.
